We currently ship to Finland and across EU.

Shipping fees:

• Finland: €4.90
• EU: Varies by country
• Free shipping on all orders over €99.00

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.

Return & Refund

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

Request return at your Underdog account, or contact customer service.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange accordingly.

Unclaimed Shipments

Please note that failure to collect or accept a shipment is not considered a return.

If an order is returned to us because it was not collected, we reserve the right to deduct:

• The original shipping costs, and
• A 2% handling fee based on the order value.

Any remaining balance will be refunded once the returned shipment has been received and processed.
